So, there’s this TikTok video making the rounds, a remake of that iconic Coca-Cola commercial in the Philippines from the early 2000s. Filipinos know which one, the sunny vibes, the soft-drink glow, and of course, Nikki Gil, who at the time was one of the most recognizable faces on TV. (She’s still famous, just not as active in the limelight.) Anyway, this remake wasn’t done by a celebrity, but by a regular creator with a solid following and, honestly, some real talent. She shared that she’d wanted to recreate that ad for some time, and now that she finally had the chance, she was understandably excited.
